The Upper State Fair offers treats to meet everyone's fancy The annual Upper SC State Fair is an eleven-day event (September 1 - September 11), and boasts some of the widest variety of food found anywhere. From pizza to Polish sausage, from corn-on-the-cob to mouth-watering funnel cakes, cotton candy and steak on a stick, all the smells of these delectable foods can be found floating throughout the air, of the Upper South Carolina State Fairgrounds. Most of the food vendors will have drinks available, such as soft drinks, iced tea and of course, the long-time fair favorite, Mike's fresh-squeezed lemonade.
