FAIR FACTS

LOST AND FOUND:
Lost items may be turned in and claimed at the main Fair office.

LOST KIDDIE COLONY:
Lost children are escorted to the Paging/EMS station, located outside the main Fair office. The public address system announces lost children.

POLICE, FIRE AND SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT:
These departments are available when and where needed on the Fairgrounds, 24 hours a day.

RESTROOMS:
The main men' and women's' restrooms are located in the main Fair office building. These bathrooms are handicapped-accessible and are staffed with an attendant during Fair hours throughout the entire 11-day run of the Fair. Restrooms are also available in the entertainment venue area.

FIRST AID:
The First Aid station, operated by Bowers E.M.S., is located just outside the main Fair office. The station is staffed during Fair hours throughout the entire 11-day run of the Fair, with certified EMT's on the Fairgrounds during Fair hours.

NOT ALLOWED:
For the safety of all Fairgoers, the following things are not allowed at the 201 1 Upper South Carolina State Fair: Pets (with the exception of approved service animals), bottles, coolers, bicycles, roller blades or skates, and/or skateboards. Alcohol on the Fairgrounds is also not permitted.


PARKING:
Parking for the Upper State Fair is provided by the Greenville Jaycees. All Fairgoers enter the fairgrounds via the Highway 123 main entrance. Fairgoers arriving at the Fairgrounds from Greenville will enter at the first entrance, with Fairgoers arriving from Easley entering via the upper entrance. Greenville Jaycees will direct all Fairgoers to their parking space and collect a $3.00 parking fee. Handicapped parking is available for vehicles displaying a handicapped parking plaque.

DISABLED FAIRGOERS:
The Upper State Fair does not discriminate on the bases of race, sex, color, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability in its programs, services, or activities. Every effort has been made to assure that all people can attend and enjoy the Fair. Handicapped parking is available, with all bathrooms offering handicapped access. Handicapped seating is also available in the Upper State Fair entertainment venue. Please let us know how we can best meet your needs in accessing any of our facilities or events


FAIR INFORMATION:
The Official Guide of the 2011 Upper SC State Fair will be placed throughout the fairground. You can also pick this up in the Fair Office. This publication will feature detailed schedules of the entertainment and other Fair events. To assist with more detailed on-site information; an information/paging booth is available near the main Fair office. Fair personnel are on hand to answer any questions, and paging throughout the Fairgrounds is available for a small fee.

PRICE:
201 1 Fair admission will be $6.00 per person, pre individual day visit to the Fair. This Fair admission does not include ride tickets, which will be available inside the Fairgrounds. Different rides will require different numbers of tickets, as posted at the entrance to the rides. Unlimited wristbands will be offered every day at the Fair, which will allow Fairgoers to have unlimited rides for one set price.
