UPSTATE'S LARGEST CRUISE-IN Get ready Classic Car buffs! The 2011 UPPER SOUTH CAROLINA STATE FAIR will play host to the Upstate's Largest Cruise In on Sunday, September 4 th. This addition to recent fairs has become a huge success with over 170 entries that filled up the front stretch of the speedway last year. Fairgoers and participants will once again have the chance to turn back the hands of time with a mixture of classic cars and era music. It all starts at 6 PM on the Speedway. LIVE MUSIC by Mile Marker 0 from 6PM - 9PM. This event is FREE with the $6 Fair admission .
