Exhibition Hall Vendor Applications..... BE A PART OF IT ALL, MEET THOUSANDS OF UPSTATE FAIRGOERS AT THE 2011 UPPER SOUTH CAROLINA STATE FAIR EXHIBITION HALL INFORMATION
When you set up your display (see rules, times located on application), come to the main Fair office to pick up your parking pass and daily passes for folks who will be working in your booth.

An 'inside space' gives your business an 8' X 10' booth inside the Upper South Carolina State Fair Exhibition Hall. The cost for the 11-day run of the Fair for an inside space is only $250, and these spots go quickly. Businesses know the 'rent' (which is just over $20 per day) is very reasonable and affords them a great value and benefit...that is why many have been participating for years at the Fair. Spaces are first come/first serve. So, if you are interested in a space in the Exhibition Hall of the Fair, we suggest you act fast. 
When you fill out, sign and send in your contract with a 50% payment (see pricing below), you will be contacted to confirm your participation at the Fair. We also will select your booth number and location within the Exhibition Hall. Please note it is strictly FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE on booth selection, and we do our best to accommodate all needs and special requests.
