Confirming your INSIDE/OUTSIDE space..... Vendors, please confirm your INSIDE/OUTSIDE SPACE, as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as opening day of the Fair approaches, we deal with disappointed vendors because they desperately want to get into the Fair lineup at the last minute. This year, with more and more folks opting for fun, family entertainment close to home, we're expecting even bigger crowds than we normally get at the annual UPSTATE CLASSIC. 2010 was another record-breaking year at the Fair, and we're expecting more of the same in 2011. And consequently, we're expecting more vendors to have an interest in being a part of this major upstate event. All the more reason for you to confirm your participation now. Be advised that space on the Fairgrounds and in the Exhibition Hall is a finite number, and the booking policy is strictly... first come/first serve. Confirming your space and locking down that spot is simple and easy. We suggest you pay with a CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD as soon as possible for the 2011 Fair Space. The requirement to secure your inside space in the Exhibition Hall or an outside space on the Fairgrounds is 50% of the contracted price, with balance due prior to the opening day of the Fair.
